Skinny House

We had some fun working on this design for a small single-family residence in Fishtown. It is on a 12′ wide site, which definitely comes with its challenges. It is a very interesting site in that it has a rather spectacular view of the city skyline, and the master suite and roof deck will both be able to take advantage of that.
