2014 Philadelphia Emerging Architecture Award (PEA Prize)
The PEAPrize is awarded annually from the AIA Philadelphia to recognize an emerging architecture firm producing high-quality design and thinking within the Philadelphia region. Awarded through a juried portfolio submission, the winning firm will present their design processes and philosophies through a lecture and exhibition at the Philadelphia Center for Architecture.
AIA Pennsylvania Citation of Merit for Architectural Excellence
The Architectural Excellence Awards recognize significant achievements by AIA Pennsylvania members to contribute to a better and more sustainable built environment. RKM Architects was awarded with this in 2014 for Lantern House.
AIA Philadelphia Merit Award – Built Category
AIA Philadelphia’s Annual Awards for Design Excellence acknowledges the achievements of member architects and demonstrates their capability to realize high standards of design, building efficiency, and sustainability. RKM was awarded this in 2012 for Lantern House.
