Oxford Residence is a custom design project for a private owner in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia. The site for this project was oddly shaped and once housed a three car garage at the rear of the site. This design looked to situate the main massing at the rear of the site, providing a garage and a double height living space on the first floor that looks over the front garden. The main living residence is provided on the upper two stories, with decks provided on the third floor and on the roof allowing for a view that looks out to both the city skyline and the waterfront.
