‘Skinny House’ is a small spec house that we designed for a local Developer here in Fishtown. It is notable in that it is located on an infill site that is only 12′-0″ wide. Due to the existing party wall thickness, this left for an interior width that was a little more than 11′-0″. The design strived to achieve a sense of openness, and to provide light and air into this rather tight house.
