Cedar Avenue Apartments

This post shows recent renderings of Cedar Avenue Apartments, a project that is proposed in West Philadelphia. This project includes a renovation, overbuild and addition to an existing duplex structure. When completed, the project will include a total of 7 apartments. Our goal in approaching this design was to create an addition that is of our time, while remaining respectful to the scale and character of the existing structure and context. The project is currently in the permitting phase, and we anticipate construction will commence in the coming months.
