Dickinson Street Development: We recently shared images of a single-family residence we designed for a site on Dickinson Street, in the Passyunk Square section of the city. These images show both the single-family residence and a small three-unit apartment that will complete this development. This project is situated on a challenging lot, and has been interesting to develop. We hope to have zoning approval for both projects approved in the coming weeks.
