Fraternal Twins: Almond Street Residences

Fraternal Twins: We are happy to share some schematic images of a pair of rowhouses we are designing for two adjoining sites here in Fishtown. The sites differ in size and shape, with one being a small rectangle, and the other a large trapezoid. The end trapezoidal lot allows for an interesting corner entry, with views to the stair tower within. With both designs, we are experimenting with similar materials and textures.
